Which room should be exposed to outside?

For each room unit of apartment or condominium there usually are only one or two sides of the uinit expose to outside which ventilation and sun light can be applied. Which room, (bed room, toilet, kitchen, living room) should be stand expose to outside ? Very difficult to answer the question because it is the judgrment of architecture and marketing person. But there are some reasons to determine and keep in mind :

- the exposed side will lead sun light , ventilation and visibility.
- nature light can not be done by any equipment.
- ventilation can be done by equipment.
- living room and bed room require both ventilation and visibility.
- toilet and kitchen need ventilation but not visibility.

Then my recommendation is :

- bed room and living room should be exposed to outside
- for toilet and kitchen we use ventilation fan.
