House improvement stuffs and tips.
็How high a house should be elevated ?
Normally an architecture or house owner would like 1.00 m. high for house to be elevated because the number is round and easy to set up. But in fact that hight make cost expensive because you have to fill much sand under the house or if using of form work you could not take it off and reuse it. The effective hight is 1.20 m. that workers can access under house and take off form work to reuse. Otherwise you can lower to less than 1.00 m. and fill sand before casting beam and slab that mean you can save filling sand.
