House is like any other living things that has to continuing change as time goes by. It must be getting old and sometime not function as before, then modifying your house is necessary but there are somethings you have to consider first :

- Ask yourself " have I enough fortune ?". And plan to utilize only 70 % of that budget because mostly construction work overpay the budget.
- Assure that whether your house modifying require permission from local regulation, if yes , do it regally.
- Beware structural problems because there must be different settlement between old and new structure that might come out with house failure or broken water pipe and electric cable.
- Check for working capacity of the existing water pipe and electric cable. If it's not enough for the expanding part you must redesign and replace the exiting ones. It's very importance that you must not simply connect from your old house to the expanding part because if the cable is overload and spark you would lost all your house.
